If a refund is required, please complete and submit this Refund Request Form.
If you would like to request that your school fees be waived, please fill out the Fee Waiver Request Form and submit it to your school principal.

CSM SCHOO FEES 2026-27: For more detailed information please see the linked document above. We suggest school fees be paid in full by September 29, 2026 - if that is not possible please speak to Cathy and make payment play arrangement - below we suggest 2 payments or 4 payments - if those options do not work please make alternate payment arrangements. After September 29th fees need to be paid before a student participates in a related activity.
